Sounds pretty easy, but I´m not sure whether I have to use llegar or venir or something else...

or

El Sr. XY vino a Tokio un día


Both are correct, the meaning is the same, but I would use maybe the first one

You can also say "El Sr XY fue a Tokio un día"
