Please Help- Song heard in Forever21

It's driving me nuts, but only because I love it.

Heard this song in Forever 21 twice within the last week. The vocalist could be male or female, I can't really tell, but what's unmistakable is the catchy, repetitive, and dominant synthesizer riff. Reminds me of Yaz almost. Anyway, I've got little to work with lyrics wise- chorus goes something like:

I believe...
You and me...
I believe...
We can be...

Any help would be greatly appreciated- I've GOT to figure out what this is! I called the store and the chick had no clue.
