    Ok this may be hard to identify, but it is a latin, or Italian song, with a male singer saying something in what sounds like another language, and the odd "Paulina" in the middle.

    Or perhaps "Rosso Relativo" by Tiziano Ferro..
    Isn't it Paola instead of Paulina?

    "Da notte fonda nel petto di ... Paola .. oh .. Paola .." and
