I can "give" you a kiss, or I can give you the gift of a kiss. See the subtle difference?

yeah I guess it does talk about sex if you look at the huge picture...but in reality the song talks about giving the gift of a child. Ken Y was actually unfaithful to his wife and got another chick pregnant....Shortly after that news broke out...this song came out. They say that he wrote it for the chick that he got pregnant....who knows..
