    kur masayı madam despina
    kirli beyaz muşamba örtüleri ser
    çek sediri asmanın altına
    yanında bir ince müzeyyen abla

yine mi güzeliz, yine mi çiçek?
    hamdolsun
    taze mi bitti topik
    canın sağolsun
amanın yine mi güzeliz, yine mi çiçek?
    hamdolsun
    altınbaş kadehe yağ gibi dolsun

    gece çok genç, arzular şelale
    haber etsek o yare
    gelse bomonti'den
    şereflendirse bizi
    olsak teyyare

    Madame Despina, lay that table
    Lay dirty-white oilcloths
Pull the sedir(divan) under the vine
And (there is also) a slim Muzeyyen Sister

Are we again beautiful, is it again the flower
    Thanks God
Did the topik( a kind of seed) grow fresh
    Never mind
Oh Godi are we again beautiful, is it again the flower
    Thanks God
Altınbaş( a Rakı made) shall fill into the glass like oil(very much)

The night is too young, the desires are (like) waterflow
    We shall inform that darling
She/he shall turn back from Bomonti (an street in Şişli, İstanbul)
    She/he shall honor us
    We shall be drunk

It may have mistakes, this song is hard to translate. Now enjoy it

yanında bir ince müzeyyen abla (a little Muzeyyen Senar (playing on the background))

yine mi güzeliz, yine mi çiçek? (being "güzel/beautiful" is being a little drunk, "are we a little drunk, beautiful again? are we flowers again?)
    hamdolsun
taze mi bitti topik (did we just run out off torik? (a kind of fish prefered with rakı))
    canın sağolsun
amanın yine mi güzeliz, yine mi çiçek?
    hamdolsun
    altınbaş kadehe yağ gibi dolsun

    gece çok genç, arzular şelale
    haber etsek o yare
    gelse bomonti'den
    şereflendirse bizi
olsak teyyare (teyyare = uçak. "flying" is another slang for being drunk, a couple of bits more drunk than being "güzel)
Biraz kül biraz duman o benim işte

Correct me if I am wrong, but does the cicek refer to Cicek Pasaji?
That's my take on it, at least...

No, it only refers flower not çiçek pasajı.
