Please help to identify this song!

I just remember that in the song, it keeps repeating "whoa oh oh" or something like that and most likely, it's part of the chorus.. It's a modern song, probably widely known..

The key should be B flat major because of B flat and E flat

I've tried googling the key words but the song didn't come out... Maybe I got the words wrong?

Sounds like Fall Out Boy but I don't think so =/
