can any one identify this recording, i recorded it from TV but i dont know how to get it because i dont know the name or singer or musican

neither it is "sounds of silence" nor it is "Silence is golden", that's for sure.
Can you give some more information about the film, series or commercial spot you recorded it from ?

to be honest with you , i have noooooo idea it was on a wedding or something :S

pooh, so I think I won't be able to help. For it's an instrumental it will be hard to recognize. Maybe someone else got this tune on CD or tape.
