Learning Chinese Language

Hopefully JoyceChen will help me out with this thread. Just wanted to start one for people interested in learning Mandarin &/or Cantonese.

Let me know if anyone of you are interested in learning/teaching so we can get this started!

I'm a Chinese student. Maybe I can help when you have some problems, although teaching seems impossible due to my English level....

iam not beginner at the chinese language because i was study for three month to comunicate with the chinese people, only!

so now i can speak and read some chracters, and i hope you to help me to be better.

and also iam intersted in english language, my english now is not very well.

i'm from Syria and live in Guangzhou city

I have no idea what you said, dui bu qi, haha, just "wo" & "ni."

& I have a friend who's Chinese, so I learned a few phrases from her.

& I want to learn it b/c it's so different from the languages I already speak.

Some little spelling mistakes Following are the correct forms：
You - Ni/Ni Men
Your - Ni De / Ni Men De
Number - Hao Ma
Raining - Xia Yu

Hi all,
Chinese people never use spelling words in there daily affairs,they use the Chinese characters. For example water is 水 not shui, because shui is only the pronunciation of 水. I feel unconfortable when I see people use pinyin(spelling word,also pronociation) instead of Characters.
