Hey, I think it's Mohammed Al Mesbah, I have searched with the Arabic transcription of the song and I have found here the songs that I have... But Al Mesbah's voice resemble a little with Bashar's.

Anyway, from where is Al Mesbah? Considering the red "ghutra", from KSA, right?

mira de , i am not sure about this part but if mira is a name , so it will be:
Oh,a hundred losses on the one who has loved & did not get what he wanted , this Mira is dilacerating my heart .
or it can be as noona said:
Oh,a hundred losses on the one who has loved & did not get what he wanted , she is dilacerating my heart this time .

realy the last part is not clear.

there's a couple of things you could say:

* kul 3am winta b alf 5eer ya 7abeebi
every year and you are ok my love

*kul sana winta 6ayeb ya 7abeebi
this is another way of saying the first one, in arabic we have two ways of saying year: 3aam and sana..

you could also say :sana 7ilwa ya jameel .. which means a sweet and good year to come o beautiful..
