It is pretty silly in english, and some of the sentences are very hard translate into english, but this is the best i can
Theinterview is pretty weird, the host is horrible and the quiestions are too.
So if you think the translation is stupid, it's the hosts fault haha.

The Interview:

Host: In second place were the Sugarcubes with their song "Ammæli". How are you feeling about your self?

Björk: It is always good to know that tastelessness is gaining it's righteous acknowledgement.

Host: Tastelessness? You're saying that the video is tasteless?

Björk: Yes.

Host: I actually think it is grate. Yeah well, tastlessness? uhm, here i have a price for you. For the second best video in 1986, these 2 meters of popcorn. I hope you'll enjoy. Who in the Sugarcubes do you think will eat this with you?

Björk: The one on the drum is Sigtryggur, Einar Orn is the singer with me and my name is Björk. And then are Frikki and Thor who are guitarists and Bragi plays the Bass.

Host: And that's the band. Tell me, who made this video for you?

Björk: His name is Friðrik Thor Friðriksson, he holds all the credit for it.

Host: Yeah, ok. You maybe share the popcorn with him?

Björk: I'll maybe make a great casserole from this.

Host: Soup, maybe, popcorn-soup? Well, so how is it to be in this? Isn't it just fun?

Björk: Well, yes, but it requires a lot of work too.

Host: Mhmm, hard. So, let's just watch the second best video of the year.

Björk: Mhmm, I'll watch it with you.

I think Björk is talking about the record company Smekkleysa (meaning tasteless or bad taste) and then the interwiever makes a joke about it.

Then the host says "Ertu að segja að vídjóið sé smekklaust" or "Are you saying the video is tasteless" and Björk says yes..

Or the host was so dumb he didn't know she was talking about the record label haha
