noo thats not it. its a famous one, i think its more metal than rock. the aye aye aye aye (are from a person saying it high pitch) and this part is ONLY in the begining of the song.

Most likely it is Crazy Train, the song starts off with "ALL ABOARD!" and him laughing then it goes into the ay ay ay ay.
