    Slm

Can anyone translate me the song from Sezen Aksu roman kizi?

Bir ki, bir ki, bir ki, bir ki,üç
Bir ki, bir ki, bir ki, bir ki,üç
Bir ki, bir ki, bir ki, bir ki,üç
Bir ki, bir ki, bir ki, son ki,üç
    Bir Romanı sevdim
    Olmaz dediler
    O taraf bu taraf
    Kalbimizi kırdılar
    Of ki of
    Alacağım ben seni
    Gireceğim koynuna
Aman ha gelme bu düzenin oyununa
    Hiç affı yok
    Dibine dibine vurdum şişenin
Sevdim, tınmıyor ne babam ne babası
    Aşk bile çözemezse, yazıklar olsun
Ne bu uçurum böyle yürekler arası
    Tıngırdama tıngırdama olmaz olası
    Şıngırdama şıngırdama gerdan parası
    Anası, danası, yedi sülalesi
Aç aç doymuyor insan mayası amaan
Tak tak tak tak vursunlar beni
    Koparıp yalnıza koysunlar beni
    Aşığım, aşık! Duysunlar beni
    Adeti batsın, e mi
    İnsanı insandan ayıranı kayıranı
Sen islah et aşka yasak buyuranı
    Hak, ya Hak
    Tepeden bakanını, zulüm yapanını
Ruhunu çula çaputa hak diye satanını
    Yak, Mevlam yak
    Dibine dibine vurdum şişenin
Sevdim, tınmıyor ne babam ne babası
    Aşk bile çözemezse, yazıklar olsun
Ne bu uçurum böyle yürekler arası
    Tıngırdama tıngırdama olmaz olası
    Şıngırdama şıngırdama gerdan parası
    Anası, danası, yedi sülalesi
Aç aç doymuyor insan mayası amaan ah amaan amaan ah amaan
Tak tak tak tak vursunlar beni
    Koparıp yalnıza koysunlar beni

    I loved a ROMAN
    They said NO
    This side, that side
    They broke our HEART [all]

    Oof! what an oOf!
    I shall get you,

I found the bottom... bottom of the bottle
I loved. No one cares, not my father, nor hers
If LOVE can't find a solution, SHAME on ALL

Don't twang... better no twangle, may that not be
May you not clang, better not, the neck(lace) money

I'm in love, in LOVE. May them HEAR me.
Damn their rules, ain't it right?

    Hello every one

plz can you translate to english

    Sezen Aksu - Belalim

    Uçurum uçurum gözlerine baktığım sensin

    Pangalarca boynuma taktığım sensin

Dağ gölleri gibi gibi hasret çektiğim

Her gece uyku diye yattığım sensin

    Yanarım yanarım

    Tutuşur yanarım

    Kavurur ateşim

    Seni de beni de belalım

    Gün değmemiş ormanlarda yittiğim sensin

    Ömrüme ömür diye kattığım sensin

    Deli deli boranlarda aç denizlerde

    Teninin tuzunu canım tattiğim sensin

    Yanarım yanarım

    Tutuşur yanarım

    kavurur ateşim

    Seni de beni de belalım

    Damga damga gögsüme vurduğum sensin

    Öfke dolu şehirlerde bulduğum sensin

Yer nerede gök nerede ben nerdeyim

    Diye diye sınırlara geldiğim sensin

    Yanarım yanarım

    Tutuşur yanarım

    kavurur ateşim

    Seni de beni de belalım

    Thank you alot

    Thank you deeply my friend

But there is some turkish phrases wich I couldint understand

There is a direct meaning and there is indirect one

The indirect meaning is better for us (türklerden başka)

For example: How could we understand these sentences:

    Uçurum uçurum gözlerine baktığım sensin

The direct meaning is : I fly and fly and you are the one who I look to his eyes

The endirect meanin for me is : Where ever I go what ever i see there is no one looking at axcept you

Am I right whith my understanding???

    Other one

    Pangalarca boynuma taktığım sensin

The direct meaning is : it's you who i wear on my neck like shackles

But the real meaning is different : It's talking about strong (compulsion , covenant , connexion , relationship)

Allah aşkına bu cümlenin anlamı nedir biz yabanci olarak nasıl anlayabiliriz :

    Deli deli boranlarda aç denizlerde
    Teninin tuzunu canim tattigim sensin

    ???????????????????????

tenin tuzundan nefaydasi var burda ?????

Size rahatsiz verdiğim için özür dilerim

    Saygılarımla

    Default Some explanations

    Selam Nizar

Allah aşkına bu cümlenin anlamı nedir? biz yabancı olarak nasıl anlayabiliriz?
    Wow, what a sentence!
If you talk like this you won't be a stranger to Turkish people,
however, I warn you, you will be losing all your priviliges.
If only you've written "yabancı" instead of "yabanci" that would be 100% correct,
and I warn you again try not to write 'i' instead of 'ı'. There are so many turkish words
which will become deeply slang and obscene if not written with 'ı'.

There is a direct meaning and there is indirect one
The indirect meaning is better for us
That's not correct. Always learn the direct meaning and try to imagine.
This is what most of us do when translating. There are some idioms,
some phrases, of course, direct translation doesn't help much but
    that's not your case.

    Uçurum uçurum gözlerine baktığım sensin
The direct meaning is : I fly and fly and you are the one who I look to his eyes
You have made a mistake: "I fly" is the translation of "uçarım" whereas
"Uçurum" means cliff. Forget about repetition, then translation becomes

    uçurum gözlerine baktığım sensin
Cliff, it's you whose eyes I look at.

This is a correct translation and I assumed to be a comma after Uçurum, and
    it's one of possible translations.

    If the sentence were

    mavi gözlerine baktığım sensin

    the translation would be

    mavi gözlerine baktığım sensin
It's you whose blue eyes I look at.

So another possible translation would be

    uçurum gözlerine baktığım sensin
    It's you whose cliff-eyes I look at.

I don't know if that translation makes sense to you.
Now this is where your imagination starts.
The song writer makes a metaphor (an imitation) here.
Now what does he mean? What are the properties of a cliff?
    Being Steep and Deep.

The translator will immediately choose "deep" and translate

    uçurum gözlerine baktığım sensin
It's you whose deep eyes I look at.

    and for emphasis

    uçurum uçurum gözlerine baktığım sensin
It's you whose deep and deep eyes I look at.

    How meaningful!

For me, when talking about a cliff the first property is its steepness
    so the translation becomes

    uçurum uçurum gözlerine baktığım sensin
It's you whose steep and steep eyes I look at.

What I understand from someone with steep eyes is an angry one and
I don't know what you understand but you don't loose much if you
don't understand and in my opinion it's a bit of enforcement.

    Prangalarca boynuma taktığım sensin
it's you who i wear on my neck like shackles
I will change your translation slightly to enrich your imagination.

First let us look what sesli sözlük (http://www.seslisozluk.com/) says for pranga:

pranga: a heavy iron chain shackled to a prisoner's ankle with a ring and tied to him.

and I will use "chain" for the word "pranga"
and "prangalarca" means "meters of chain",
like "yıllarca" meaning "many years" or
    like "metrelerce" meaning "many meters"

and instead of "wear" I will use "carry".
In fact "boynuma takdığım" means "that I've attached to my neck" but
I will stick to your translation. So

    Prangalarca boynuma taktığım sensin
it's you that i carry on my neck as meters of chain.

If I'm a positive reader, (using the property of connection)

it means "I'm connected ( or schakled) to you strongly. (I'm your slave in heart)
*stongly because of meters of chain.

If I'm a negative reader, (using the property of weight)

it means "You are a heavy weight on me. (I don't want you)

If you still don't understand it means I'm thinking too much in turkish (sorry for that)

    The translator has written as

Deli deli boranlarda aç denizlerde (it's you, whose skin salt i tasted,....)
Teninin tuzunu canim tattigim sensin(....in hungry seas and crazy gales)
First of all "bora: storm,hurricane,..." has been written wrong as "boran".
Translation lines have been mixed up so let's correct them

    Deli deli boralarda aç denizlerde
in hungry seas and crazy gales

    Teninin tuzunu canım tattığım sensin
it's you, whose skin salt i tasted

I think that translation is ok but let me rewrite for you once more

canım: my dear has been forgotten or left aside.

    Deli deli boralarda aç denizlerde
In insane hurricanes, in greedy seas

    Teninin tuzunu canım tattığım sensin
(It's) the salt of your skin, my dear, It's you that I've tasted

tenin tuzunun ne faydası var burda
I don't know what use it is but
when someone loves somebody she/he loves everything of him/her.
(*salt comes from the sea, I guess)

Size rahatsızlık verdiğim için özür dilerim
    Forget about it

    Saygılarımla
    Better Sevgilerimle
