H&M song.....Help me!!!

So i was at the H&M in downtown seattle when i heard this song which was ironically playing yesterday at the club i went dancing at. It had a fabulous beat!

I couldn't make out the words clearly but they might have said something like
"i won't take another chance whoo" They whoo part is played quite a bit in the song. Does anyone know what i am talking about?

The only song I found with those lyrics is "Without You" by David Bowie.
