    1. Hi, how are you?
    2. How was your day today?
    3. How was your work today/night?
    4. How's your family?
    5. What did you get up to on your day off work?

    6. Im fine/good, how's yourself?
    7. Today was fine, I didn't do much, just thought about things.
    8. Work was ok, a little busy.
    9. My family is doing well.
    10. Today I went to the shop, bought a few things, stayed home and read your emails. I thought more about you, on how to put another smile on your face.
Say hi to your brother, sister, mum and your dad.

The last bit I wrote brothers, sisters etc. because I'd like to know how to write those words in finnish.

    Your help would be wonderful.

So I'm using Finnish as it is spoken, since if you want to interact someone with your own age this is the kind of language you would write to her. I might be using slightly dialectical endings in verbs and nouns, everyone can understand. If you were to use standard written Finnish, you'd sound like a book

    1. Hei, mites menee?
    2. Mites tämä päivä meni?
    3. Mites töissä meni?
    4. Miten sun perhees jakselee?
    5. Mitäs puuhailit vapaapäivänäs?

    6. Mä voin hyvin, mites sä?
    7. Tämä päivä oli ihan jees, mä en tehnyt paljon, ajattelin vain asioita
    8. Työ oli OK, vähän kiireinen
    9. Mun perhe pärjäilee hyvin
    10. Mä kävin kaupassa tänään, tein muutamia ostoksia, olin kotona ja luin mailisi. Mä ajattelin enemmän sua, sitä kuinka saada sut hymyilemään jälleen kerran. Sanohan terve veljelles ja sisarelles, äitilles ja isälle.
