Frustrated about this song played at Forever 21!!!

Okay there's this sing I'm completely lost on... Up tempo/dance song. A guy sings it and some of the lyrics go like"Well I don't care what you dress like/Or what you are(I think)" and some of the chorus is like "Shut your colors off( I think..) I know it's vague but Everytime I drive to Forever 21, I look forward to hearing that song!"
