Sounds like David Bowie's "Space Oddity"

Ok, i was in a cafe when some song was playing, it was loud and busy so i couldnt get on single line of the lyrics, when i asked a staff he said it was on radiofm.

it sounds like David's Bowie's "Space Oddity". but it is slower, romantic/love song, and somewhat sad

the singer talks about when he sees his lover again, one part says something about clocks dont work etc.
one part that repeated few times "when i see you again" or "if i see you again" or "when i see you then"

it was mostely guitar and not much other instruments.

the voice sounds like from the oldies/brit kinda music, something like Lou Reed/David Bowie and the likes of LSD frenzed artists lol

sorry too foggy i know but any suggestions will be greately appreciated.
