Unknown Song , No lyrics

Hello, I have come across what appears to be a midi of a song. Is this the actual or a midi? Anyone recognize the tune? Any information regarding this would be great.

it's not midi, but a "mod".
they come in a huge amount of formats, including .XM, .MOD. IT etc..
no idea what tune it is though, sorry.

I have no idea... sounds like it's definitely supposed to have lyrics.

Could be anything from a tv theme song to an obscure rock classic.

And it could be from any time from the late 70s to current, my guess would be 80s but I can't be sure.
