I need help!!!!

Okay i watched this music video on fuse like last month and i liked the song so i wrote the title down on paper.I didnt download the song yet and so i also couldnt find the paper that had the title on it.I forgot the title too.can anyone help me.This is all i remember of the song but i forgot the lyrics. The music video had these nurses in the begining useing these hightec stuff.They created these robots that are the band im looking for.Near the end of the song the lead singer falls and breaks a piece of his head.Its also i rockish song i saw on fuse.Thanks
