Unkown Song, no lyrics (downtempo?)

Hi there I've been looking for the name of this song for ages, but since it has no lyrics I'm not making any progress! I thought it was by either Royksopp or Chemical Brothers but I didn't have any luck with those finding it. Grateful for any help!
