Firstly, I apologise for not putting the song name and the artist in the title. I would have if I could!

Anyway, basically, I stumbled upon this tribute video to a girl on YouTube, and it has what I'm 99.9% sure is a Romanian song as background. I've been trying to dig it up with little to no success for the past two weeks, so in desperation, here I am. If anyone here could tell me who it's by and what it's called, or even just transcribe a verse or so for me to poke around on google with, I will be forever grateful.
