I do not know the song , but I think that the singer is Rageb 3alama :, I think the title is (Zay ma sahart 3oiony Ellil ) = (As you gave my eyes sleepless nights)

He is a Lebanese singer , but the song is in Egyptian dialect..
Sorry I have no time now for writing down the lyrics & translation
