does anyone know this song?

i was in f21 last week and the only lyrics i caught were in the chorus and i was only able to make this much of it out: "look outside, the rain goes..."
i know that's not much to g with but its all i have. TIA!

I'll blame it on the weatherman by Paula Cole maybe??
