Lyrics to 4 unknown songs. Help me find the artist/album please.

Here are lyrics to 4 songs I found. These are all soft rock/alternative rock type. These songs were found on an old Maxell XLII EE reel of tape marked "Reel #5 - Well, it IS music - Another Medley - Public Opinioning - Scott N. Smith." The reel box has a bunch of other song titles and artists, but are scratched out (recorded over). These songs were recorded in with a bunch of other rock 70s 80s music of the era. I am dying to know who wrote these songs. Song 4 sounds a lot like Rupert Holmes. Likely to be a promo or B-side.

The name of the record is "Quitting the fools parade" (came out around 1980). Name of the group is Partner an they came from the city of Maastricht in the Netherlands. Partner had 4 members but I remember just two names, Erwin Musper (lead singer and leader of the band) and Pierre Beckers. Partners biggest hit was Kayuta Hill.
"Quitting the fools parade" was the opening number on side 2 of Partners first LP-album. The first time I heard it was under a live concert i my former hometown Maastricht. Actually it was the concerts opening number. Fantastic show with a lot of fireworks!

I just heard into the album 'On Second Thoughts' by the dutch group Partner again and found the rest of your requested songs:
