Forever 21 music june 2009

i heard a song at forever 21 last thursday and it had a catchy beat, it kind of had similar background music to that song "uh oh" and the singer kind of sounded like chris brown. i don't really know the lyrics but it sounded like "if you want it you got it it's yours girl" i think "flaunt it" is in there somewhere. there is some clapping, it kind of sounds like a song they once used on project runway. any help would be awesome.
