Identify: Song begins with "I want you to remember"

Hey folks,

I heard a rock song yesterday, starts out with some heavy guitar and then breaks into softer towards the middle of the song. The first lyric is, "I want you to remember". Tried to find a pen to write some more lyrics but I was in the car and searching on google hasn't gotten me anywhere.
