May/June 2009 playlist anyone??

hey guys,

i went to hollister during late may, and maybe throughout june.
anyways, i heard this song playing a couple times that i really liked, and ive been trying to find it forever. it hasn't worked out.

i know that one line goes something like this:

"the girl with the eyes and the lips and her best jeans on"

i know those aren't the exact lyrics, but it sounds something like that.
its an acoustic song, as far as i know. and its a guy singing it.

if anyone can find the song, please tell me the title and artist?
