That also means family. Symbols (hanzi) in Chinese can often be used alone or as compound words, and have the same meaning. The difference is usually that the symbol by itself will have a broader meaning, while a compound word will be more specific.

家庭 (jiā tíng) - family, household
家 (jiā) - family, home, household, kindred, etc.

I tend to think the solitary symbols are more poetic in their meaning, so that was why I chose just 家.
