There are two main Albanian dialects spoken, in kosove, and in northern albania, and northern macedonia (areas with albanians) they speak mostly the "gheg" dialect, and in all other parts of these countries they speak "toske" they are similar, but grammar and some vocabulary is different so sometimes it is hard to translate.

basically in that last part Geti is saying that he knows mostly about the sexual aspect of gettin a girl and being with a girl so he's handing the song over to Meda who's more of a romantic and sings about love.
Geti and Tuna are more hip-hop artists where as Meda sings mostly about love, finding and losing it, more "tallava" or "popullore" as albanians call it, im not exactly sure what genre that would be in english.
