Okey, I have to admit my kind I listed the words is a bit confusing
And soory, it seems that I didn't read the topic focused enough, especialy the word "official"...

I should have marked them if they are not unique, slang, dialect etc. .... but a good thing is made step by step, mostly at least. The list I posted was the first step so to say... so not perfect.

And I never claimed all I have written is absolutly correct, its just from what I remeber of and what I am thinking its right, so mistakes are likely...

Here is what I have said:
"Probably a few are just synonyms, not pretty sure so feel free to discuss or correct me"

I wrote both in chyrilic as I have no ser-cro keyboard layout on my pc, and my chyrilic one is a macedonian one, so there is no "c" for opcina, I did this allways when somthing was written diffrent to how I was able to write it without that "kvacice i crtice etc." For You its clear, even with the missed stuff but for a non native speaker/ beginner probably not. So I tried to make it clearer this way by using chyrillic.

    My words:
I have no language pack installed so I have used chyrilic letter where its spelled diffrent from writing."

As everyone (at least what I saw) was using first the croatian word followed by the serbian I did it this way as well.

vjetar puse - vetar duva вјетар пуше - ветра дува (where does vetra duva? tell me please) - I think "vetra duva" is said in Serbian... like in the song "duni vetre malo sa neretve..."

And ciko is well used, if you say "gdje je onaj ciko" you use "ciko", when you say "cika Branko je doso" than you use "cika" - maybe I am wrong, but this is how I learned it.

zivci - nerve живци - нерве. (I have no idea which language is which in your sequence.. but in Serbian, there is both živci and nervi)
zivci is used in both languages, but nerve only in serbian.

Okey, as soon as I find the time for I'll do a better list of the words I've listed, so to stop confusing people and to make it clearer.

    Take it easy folks

okay.. peace! lol at least you gave us a discussion start point

Serbian vetar duva (not vetra duva). Oni duvaju (travu) = They smoke (marijuana). Ja pušim Ronhill = I smoke Ronhill

gdje je onaj čiko is Croatian and Serbian would be gde je onaj čika?

I had seen what you said about your keyboard but Latin script is perfectly enough for Croatian (even without kvacice and crtice )

How/Where did you learn the words btw?

Hmmm, I see there is actualy no "...official..." in the topic just "diffrences" so well... but nevermid.

The words have diffrent sources.... mainly family, surounding, friends and every kind of ex. Yu music. Pick one here pick one there...

"gdje je onaj čiko is Croatian and Serbian would be gde je onaj čika?"

Aha okey, didn't know that. Thanks for updating me

because 'prekrižen' means 'crossed out', in this sense maybe you have a list of names and you crossed out one because you didn't like it, and there is also 'prekriziti ruke' - to make a cross with your arms.

    Merhaba - Turkish
    Marhaba - Arabic

Kupaonica ~ kupatilo, kupalište=kupalište (hamam), ali sam mislila da je u knjizi mislio na kupatilo.

    salam in Arabic is peace
Salam Aleykum is a greeting too - "peace to you"

prekrstili - make a cross, to cross, to becross
prekriziti ruke - prekrstiti ruke - fold your arms

prekrstiti - to baptize, to christen
prekstiti svoje ime - to change your name
pokrstiti se - become a Christian
Varvari su se pokrstili u hrišćanstvo... Barbarians were made Christians

Ako pređeš u Islam, recimo, ne možeš da se prekrstiš već preobratiš.

We have nadomestiti but it's rarely used.

    marhaba je nešto kao Ćao.

Univerzitet se sastoji od više fakulteta i institucija, valjda.

krhke - krhe (I think that krhke is the correct word in Serbian too)

žalobnik - žalitelj (žalitelj is also a Croatian word, Serbian is simply - podnosilac žalbe
    CR: sudac, žalitelj, odvjetnik, skrb
SR: sudija, podnosilac žalbe, advokat, socijalna pomoć

    sveučilište - univerzitet

Fakultet (Faculty) is a part of univerzitet (University)

prekrižen - prekršćen ?! prekrižen exists in Serbian as well but with a different meaning .. I sama si kasnije rekla "prekriziti ruke - prekrstiti ruke - fold your arms" so.. I do not think you can say "prekrscene ruke" but "prekrstene ruke". Prekrižena može biti reč na listu papira.
Prekršten je neko ko je promenio veru (sa t ne sa ć) a ne bih da tvrdim na šta se u CR misli pod prekrižen.

kupalište - kupalište, kupaonica (kupaonica is not the same as kupaliste, and it's actually a CR word, meaning - bathroom; SR: kupatilo and kupalište is the same and means bathing place - like turkish bath)

držati jezik za zubima - držati jezik za zube (SR is also držati jezik za zubima and not ..za zube)

umjetno - umetnuto (doesn't umjetno mean veštačko? EN: artificial)
osobno - osobito (doesn't osobno mean lično?! EN: personally)

    prijašnji - pređašnji (maybe prethodni)

predodžba - zamisao (I believe predožba is ideja EN: idea)

in croatian you have 'prekrsten' which is 'to change faith' - same in Serbian (npr. iz pravoslavne u katolicku i obrnuto)

because 'prekrižen' means 'crossed out', in this sense maybe you have a list of names and you crossed out one because you didn't like it, and there is also 'prekriziti ruke' - to make a cross with your arms. - yep.. SR: prekrizen, precrtan

there is also zamijeniti - SR: zameniti

in croatian "kupalište" is a bathing-resort (same in SR) and "kupaonica" is the bath you have at your home, what is it in serbian ? - already answered that one..

    you can also say 'lift'

Here's something that might be interesting.. There are examples with their Croatian/Bosnian variant on one side and Serbian on the other side. Although I must say that there are some examples they listed as being Croatian although I'd equally use them in Serbian. e.g.
    Croatian/Bosnian
    Imas li ga ti?
    Serbian
    Da li ga ti imas?

And no wonder I don't know what is correct anymore... There's Croatian:
    za moga brata
    opposite to Serbian and Bosnian
    za mog brata

I could bet that in all languages "za mog" used to be correct

Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian, a textbook: with exercises and basic grammar

Well, it's also Croatian : Moga, Mojega
    While Serbian is: mog/mojeg

On je video mojeg (acc. masc. sing.) ujaka = He saw my uncle.
On se plaši mog ujaka (gen. masc. sing.) = He is afraid of my uncle.

But, to be honest, I'd use "mog" in both cases and regarding mojega, it reminds me of "sve moj do mojega" Which tells us it's also used in Serbian although I believe it's not correct.
