song stuck in my head

i was recently in a karaoke bar in tenerife and a song came on wich i recognized but have no idea who sang it.

i remember its from the 80ies or early 90ies all that i can remember from the lyrics is that it slows down in a few part where the man signs something like
"man enough baby" then the girl replys "man enough baaaby" or something along those lines.

(i know its very vage but thats all i remember )
