70's Spanish disco

In 1978 I was in Madrid, Spain and heard a Spanish disco song of Somewhere Over the Rainbow - I have not been able to track down the artist or any song version that comes close.

When I returned to the States, I did not hear the song again.

Any clues to who the artist or where I can look for more info?
