Just some grammar corrections. I think you did an amazing job of translating. Just that, reading Galatians 5 in a Spanish Bible mentions them as «frutos», masculine. Also, «joy» and «gentleness» are «gozo» and «mansedumbre» in the Bible. «Self-control» is «templanza». With this in mind, I made a variation of your excellent translation:

Los Gálatas obtuvieron el fruto de oro
Patience, joy, love, peace and faith
Paciencia, gozo, amor, paz, y fe
