A little off topic - help with translation of cartoon

Hello all / salam,

I know this is a little off topic, but I was wondering if anyone could help me translate a political cartoon from Dar al-Hayat?

Obviously the message is that death is trying to keep the US military in Iraq, but I can't make out the caption at the top-right.



I'd like to use this for a research paper, so the more accurate the translation the better.

Though they're almost impossible to read in any language
