is this word "zenskaros" common in serbia?
when i first read it i also suspected that it must be something like "ladies-man", "womanizer" etc., but after i read the phrase "i'm a gay icon" in the lyrics i wasn't sure about it anymore

Yeah it is common and it is womanizer and she is singing to a HE and considering the entire song.. I'm not surprised she squeezed in the gay stuff in it (trying to say that she is tough... )
