As your a philologist I'd just like to mention that тъжно comes from тъгa (pronounced "tə`ga") which is like the Croatian" tuga"

A friend from Russia sent me this song, he was in Bulgaria 8 years ago and he said that this song was hit there then and that he liked it... And I like it too

Yeah, that song was a hit here as most songs of Desi Slava.Though now I don't like her.But she was the first from turbofolk to experiment with pop & soul and then many other turbofolk singers switched to a more pop-like sounding.
If you speak Russian and Croatian Bulgarian will be even easier for you because it contains some words like the Russian ones which don't exist in Croatian like: красив/а,красота,дъжд,котка(as I remember in Russian there was a word "kot" for a male cat lol) and some others ^.^

Yes, I don't doubt that Bulgarian wouldn't be hard for me, now I'll seriously take in consideration to take it as additional subject next year I mean actually this year, when university starts again, in october lol

Анжелочка, Bulgarian will not be hard for you as vocabulary, but our grammer is totaly different from the Croatian and Russian.As you know, we have no cases but we have a definitive article which is very hard for people who don't have it in their fluent languages.English may help you a bit but it isn't exactly as English and even English people who're studying Bulgarian here aren't sure where to put it.Also we have many tenses, as i remember in Russian they were 4 and in Bulgarian only the past tenses are 4
So don't think it won't be a challenge for you

Well, in croatian there are also 4 past tenses (perfekt, imperfekt, aorist & pluskvamperfekt)
Yes, I'm aware of the differences, and also I think it will be challenge for me. Tho my friend who studies macedonian told me that it is very easy for her inspite of those articles. But I'm very interested how those articles actually function

I've heard only for one past tense in Serbian and Slovenian and supposingly in Croatian too ".... sam" - igrao sam,bio sam,mislio sam... in Bulgarian играя (igram in cro) will become: играх( i played),играех(i was playing),играл съм(i have(ever) played),щях да играя( i was about to play)... I think in Croatian they will be very different.
The def. article in Macedonian is slightly different from our.They don't put it at places where put it.At least I've noticed such thing.

hmm.. I've nver heard of "ja pisah" only "ja sam pisao"... but maybe it's only in Croatian...hmm lol
Yup, I've just asked a friend of me from Serbia and she told me they do not use those forms officially, only in some dialects,that's why I haven't heard of them.

We use these forms officialy of course, and I like them very much, they sound very beautiful to me. They're used to be less used and now they're back in use with modern technology, while writing SMS ppl prefer use for example ''Napisah ti'' instead of ''Napisao sam ti'' cos it's shorter
I think they're official in serbian too, but I'm not sure, you should ask there in proper thred for learning croatian/serbian cos we're going waaaaaay offtopic
