NEED HELP! Techno song!

So 7 or 8 years back, a friend gave me a copy of a techno song, it started out with thunder and rain, then you hear birds and it goes into techno, there are no lyrics that I can recall, I just remembered the song(after losing the disc some years back) and I've been goin insane trying to locate this song! I think it may have come from an old anime movie/show or game soundtrack, but I can't be sure @.@ ANY help would be GREATLY apprieciated!

This is a bit of a wild guess, but any chance of it being Set You Free by N-Trance? It does start with thunder and rain sounds, but it also has (a lot of) lyrics.
