Hello, everyone

Please help me identify this remix of Michael Jackson's "Earth Song".
I've been searching for a couple of weeks on and off, but all I can find is fast club-like remixes.

I only have this short clip (36 seconds, MP3, 284 KB):

I heard this one in a YouTube video. I tried asking the one who uploaded the video, but they won't answer me and they won't approve my comments for some reason.
