This is one of my favorite songs !

    Wenta ghayeb 3anni
    *Since ur away from me
    3eini wela la7za betnam
*My eye didn't sleep even for a moment
    Wenta ghayeb 3anni
    *Since ur away from me
    ya 7abebi Bygheb el kalam
    * The words are lost my darling
Ya ( i really don´t know what she is singing here) shaghelt el bal, we7di 3am 3ed el eyam
    * U occupied my mind, m counting the days by myself
    Tamin ya 7abeb 3ayone ta3raf shu ya3ni el hana
    * assure me lover of my eyes do u know the meaning of happines?
    B7ebak w b7eb ejnounak w eb albe fee 3ndak ma kan
    * I love u, and i love ur craziness and in my heart, u have a place.
    Ana layli ra7 ye7kilak 3an eshwa2i wel gharam
*My night is going to tell u about my longing and love
    Men albe ra7 wedelak,wedelak a7la salam
    * and from my heart i will give u, the most beautiful peace

yalli jera7 albe, albe wafkari 3ala nar
*Oh u who hurt my heart, my heart and mind are at fire
Tawel layl el ghorbi, ya 7abebi be 7alak shu sar?
    * the lonely night is long, my dear what happend with u?
    Albe ehsta2 wel eshwa2 tes2al 3annak layl ennhar
*my heart is longing and my longing is asking about u day and night

    did my best!

Really great job najla, I just wanted to say that salam here means salute (Hi, hello), and not peace.
    لا يَشْكُرُ الله مَنْ لا يَشْكُرُ النَّاس

    Assalam-u-Alaykum! Najla,
It is nice of you to have translated this nice song. You are right for the interpretation of Salam. It means the most beautiful peace for whom you salam to. Refering to the comment of the fellow that says, "it mean salut or hi hello" so it is clear that 'salam' is a greeting like hi hello or salute but it actually means peace. Well, i think i need you to transalate a sentence in the beginning right after the first paragraph it is some thing like "ya batha shwaltil ba wahdi am athil eyam". Please correct the characters if needed. I would appreciate this. Thanks for the efforts anyway..

Najla, kindly mention english letters instead of digits, you may combine two letters if appropriate to make proper sound e.g. for ain 3, may be a'a and for 7 ha may be h'ha. If you have time that would be of most fulfillment and i'd be grateful..

Thank u Fayaz for ur reply.
I actually don´t understand what u want me to do now dear? U want me to write the lyrics without the numbers?
Cause i don´t know how to do that! Cause if u write it with numbers u know how to pronounce it.

Maybe someone else can help u

appreciate any way. Well, i think you just missed out to translate the sentence "ya batha shwal fil ba wah di am fil eyyam" some thing like this is said after the following:

    Wenta ghayeb 3anni
    3eini wela la7za betnam
    Wenta ghayeb 3anni
    ya 7abebi Bygheb el kalam

Please just type in your way the words how to pronounce them, i'll find out the translation myself.. thanks!

Fayaz i added the missing part!

    Wenta ghayeb a´anie

    a´aini wela lah´hza betnam

Wenta ghayeb a´anie ya habibi begheb el kalam 2x

Ya.. shaghelt el bel wah´hdi am eid el eyam

tamin ya habib a´ayoni ta´arif shu ya´ani el hana

bahebak w baheb jnonak w b albi fee a´andak makan

Ana layli rah´h yeh´hkelak an ashwa-ieh wel gharam

men albe rah´h wadelak, wedalak ah´hla salam

Yalli jerah´h albe, albe w afkari ala nar
Tawel layl el gherbi, ya habibi be h´halak shu sar?
Albe eshta wel eshwa tes-el a´annak layl ennhar

Hope u can sing along now

But i guess with the digits it´s easier to learn.

    good luck

Ohh.. how sweet of you! you sound a kind person with understanding of what lyrics make someone feel and what those feelings mean to someone sometimes.. I think It's not just all about music but it's about words that may arise some feelings in a particular mind set, feelings that may fill up an emotional vacuum in a portion of conscious.. We are thankful to you that you helped in getting the words right..
