@LOUIE: lol.. at translating t2booshni 2bsh.. I tried to translate it but couldn't come up with anything.. awesome translation! I didn't know that it meant that! lol.. you surprised me..

@Zahra2008: some of those expressions do have meanings, but most really don't,, these expressions are said as compliments so the literal meaning is very weird and it is different from an expression to another.. but all of them have one general meaning which is giving a compliment or saying how much a person means to you.. hope you get it.. and maybe later I'll try to translate some of them to you.. btw most of those expression are used only in Syria, Lebanon and sometimes Jordan..

I usually need egyptian phrases, but in the case you cant translate by word, you can expalin a little bit what it mean to say, like "this is male to female, and says you look pretty/well done/nice work" .... to give us an idea when use 'em ...

do you understand what I mean to say? jeeez sorry my bad english ...lol

@Zahra2008: totally get you and I've noticed most (if not all) of these expression mentioned here, are said to a male.. but not really, you know what I mean? we arabs use this kind of talk to everyone.. so you can use these expression both to a guy or to a girl
and those expressions (posted by εγώ!):
    yeslamli hal amar/hal de7ke/hal 7elo...
    shou hal 7ala
    yeghze el 3ain
    to2borne
    yes3ed rabbak

they are all used to say to a person how beautiful they are.. again you can use those to both females and males

    hey dear sohuda !
    i just have a note ..
    to2borne (male) \\ to2borene (female)
    & yes3ed rabbak (male) \\ yes3ed rabbek (female)
& sometimes we can say to females as we say to males ..
for ex : we can say 7abeebi for both males & females ..
but in general 7abeebi is for males .. 7abeebty is for females ..
    that's all
