ok thiis is a bit different so i apologise if this is the incorrect forum to use

the song is "B92" by SAINT ETIENNE and near the end of the song is a voice sample "I AM THE JAPANESE SANDMAN" . i'm sure this is a line from a film and for some reason the voice of SAMUEL L JACKSON springs to mind.
so can anyone can help with the movie title. thanx

I don't think this is a line from a film sampled in the song, however I do believe it to be a line from the song "Rang tang ding dong"- by The Cellos, this song was however used in the Scorsese film "Bringing out the Dead".
