The first of a few(Identification needed pls help!)

I've picked up a couple of songs from the step-brother of a friend who got them from some dj. They are an excellent mix of songs, but some are not the versions I would prefer and 1 or 2 tracks aren't of the greatest quality.

So I've got about 5 songs that need identification which I'm really having trouble finding. Unfortunately these are club tracks so lyrics are minimal if not absent entirely. But I will be hosting short downloadable pieces of the songs(most of which I have heard many times so the music gurus out there hopefully will be able to help me)

I'll start off with the only track that probably will be the most difficult to identify. There's a possibility that its a local remix, in which case I'd like to know what song the background music comes from. I think the background music may be from a popular hip-hop track somewhere around the year 2000-2006 range??
