    I'm not sure really what the words are, but they are something like this...
    This song starts out with a woman singing...

    I--- don't--- know---- (long and drawn out) what else to ask for.... I've been here for just one yeeeeeeear.

    its Royksopp with Karen (from the Knife) on vocals - think they are both Swedish
