Oldies song title, please help!

I heard this song on a tv show and it's been driving me crazy to try and figure it out, i'm sure it was a pretty popular song in its time since i remember hearing it alot on parents old records etc. As usual when i want to find a song theres never alot of lyrics in the clip but I do have a link to the streaming episode that has the song so i'm sure once you guys hear the music you can identify it. Think it comes from the 70's or 80's, the only lyrics i got were the very first ones and he says "Oh yea, you are lovely..." sounds like he says oh yea again but not sure.
