Rost: Yes, they're referring to the moon as a god, because in the old hungarian religion there were 2 gods: Öregisten (Old God) and Holdanya (Mother Moon). And it's magOs mennynek háza népe... Because the old hungarian language says magos instead og magas, but the meaning is the same.
