Double Whammy For Ya!

Okay, so I have 2 different songs I need identified. The thing is, I can understand the lyrics fine, but it's finding the actual band or song itself that's the problem. Google isn't very helpful.

First one:
From "Lost Boys: The Tribe"

It's easy to understand the chorus goes:

A little harder to understand, but I think it goes:
