"Hey do you still know me?" literaly it's "Hey, mi conosci ancora?" but depending on what you mean it's better "Hey, mi riconosci?" (do you recognize me?) or "Hey, ti ricordi (ancora) di me?" (do you (still) remember me?)"-Please tell me you're going to appeal to my humanity..."
