Solved: Looking For 90's Dance Song

Ok, im certain the chorus goes along the lines of "I'm moving up, nothing can slow me down, im gonna get to you", a female sings this line, i think its 90's dance/techno, aside from that i dont have a clue. T.T

Spent a long time searching for it but just couldnt find it, so when i found this site figured ied throw it in and see what comes out. =)
