80's Dance vs. Latin Mass!

This song is from a one hit wonder band from the late 80's or early 90's. Probably European. The song was mostly instrumental with occasional lyrics and speaking in a foreign language, maybe latin? Sounds like a cross between a dance song and a latin mass. Has a great beat to it. I think they had a video on MTV. Good Luck Sherlock.
