the only lyrics in this song is:
"she is a maniac maniac on the floor"
"she is a maniac maniac on the floor"

(it sounds like "mediate" or may be "maniac"?)

i don't think it is "Hall & Oates - She's A Maniac". But may be someone remix?

I know a song called Maniac by Michael Sembello from the movie Flashdance in the 80ies.
But I do not know if there are any new remixes.

Also I think that is a remix of "MANIAC" from Michael Sembello, included in the soundtrack of "Flashdance" movie, the year is approximately the 1982 or 1983... Here is the video clip on youtube...

Even if the rhythm is totally different, but the words are those... There are different remixes of "Maniac" but I can't say to you what is this one because I didn't recognize it... For example, try to listen to this techno version...
