Default a help with a Stelios Kazantzidis tune... someone could help me ???

Dear friends, I really need a help in translating from Greek to English a song that I'm listening continuously for a week because I like it very much... But there are some words that I can't understand, even if I have tried very hard to interpretate them... The song is "PARAMILOUN TA XEILI MOU" from Stelios Kazantzidis, and here is the audio...

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jOYFvYVlWRM

I have tried to understand and translate some parts of the song, but a very very little bit...

At first, I have interpretated the lyrics and translated as follows:

    "My lips are delirious,
but my heart (and here I haven't understood)
and my friends are asking me
why did you go away far from me..."

And this is probably the translation of the ending part that I made but I am not sure if it's right...

    "My lips are delirious,
and they call for your name,
and for you, my sweet love,
these two eyes of mine are crying..."

I can't understand the central part of the song... if someone could help me and translate for me of course his/her work would be very appreciated... And if you give me the whole English translation of the song, to return your kindness, I will give to you the Italian translation of this beautiful song !!!

Thank you all in advance !!!!
    Francesco.

Title : Paramiloun ta chili mou
    Lyrics: Christo Kolokotronis
    Music: Stelio Kazandjidis
    Sung by: Stelio Kazandjidis
    (Well I really can't find when it's recorded )

    Παραμιλούν τα χείλη μου
    My lips are delirious,
    ματώνει η καρδιά μου,
    my heart is bleeding
σαν με ρωτούν οι φίλοι μου
    whenever my friends ask me
    γιατί έφυγες μακρυα μου.
    why you left me

    Ξεριζώνεται η καρδιά μου

    My heart gets uprooted
    ξεριζώνεται,
    uprooted
κι απ' τον πόνο μέρα νύχτα
and cause of the -whole day- pain
    φαρμακώνεται.
    gets poisoned.

    Παραμιλούν τα χείλη μου
    My lips are delirious
    και τ'όνομα σου λένε,
    and saying your name,
    για σένα αγάπη μου γλυκιά
it's for you my sweet love
    τα δυο μου μάτια κλαίνε
    that my both eyes cry.

    Αντιλαλούν οι στεναγμοί
    Sighs echo
    στης νύχτας τα σκοτάδια,
    in night's darkness,
    έφυγες κι όλα γκρέμισαν
you've gone and everything's broken down
    και γίνανε ρημάδια.
    became ruins

    Ψάχνω σαν πουλί στην μπόρα
I'm searching, like a bird in the storm
    και μες τη βροχή,
    and in rainfall,
    απορώ και γω που βρίσκω
I wonder how can I find
    τόση αντοχή.
    such a patience.

Ps: You had a REALLY NICE TRY on this one. Keep up the good work.
"Gilgamesh, where are you hurrying to?
You will never find that life for which you are looking.
When the gods created man they allotted to him death,
but life they retained in their own keeping"

Hi dear friend Amethystos and many many many thanks for your translation !!!! I am trying to learn and improve my knowledge of modern Greek, but believe me is very difficult... however I keep holdin on and not to give up !!!
Now, in return to your translation, I can give to you and to all the friends the Italian translation of the Kazantzidis's song... Here it is... It sounds cute also in Italian in my opinion !!!

    Le mie labbra stanno delirando,
e il mio cuore gronda sangue
ogni volta che i miei amici
mi chiedono perche' tu mi abbia lasciato...

Il mio cuore si sradica, si sradica...
e a causa del dolore che sente per tutto il giorno si avvelena...

    Le mie labbra stanno delirando
    e chiamano il tuo nome
e proprio per te, mio dolce amore,
i miei due occhi stanno piangendo...

    Echi di singhiozzi
    nel buio della notte
tu sei andata via e tutto e'crollato giu'
    ed e'divenuto macerie...

Io vago, come un uccellino nella tempesta
    e nel cadere della pioggia,
e mi chiedo dove riesca a trovare cosi'tanta pazienza...

PS: Probably this song can be dated approximately in the 60's-70's years, but I am not Greek and I don't know if I have said the right thing...

Cheers and thank you once again !!!!
